30-DAY RETURNS GUARANTEE
Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. If the item was damaged in transit or if the item is faulty:

If you’ve received an incorrect item:
As soon as you receive the item(s) please contact us on info@connectedpaediatrics.com and we’ll send you the correct item(s) as soon as we can at no extra charge.
In the event of Connected Paediatrics sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to Connected Paediatrics within 30 days. Connected Paediatrics reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 30 days of the date on which Connected Paediatrics confirms we will issue a replacement.
SHIPPING POLICY
UK Deliveries
Our minimum shipping charge is £4.45. Our standard UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail letter or parcel post. We offer UK Standard delivery (2nd class) on all postal deliveries. The delivery of your purchase is estimated by Royal Mail and they aim to deliver in 2 to 3 working days.
The cost of your delivery depends on the following criteria:

International Deliveries
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination.
